Totally wooded building site located just east of Mulberry with easy access to RT 40, RT 16 and I 70. Almost 400 ft of road frontage. This site was a quarry/workshop used from late Paleo to Hopewell Times (10,000 BC to 400 AD) There is an abundance of Adena culture (400 BC to 100 AD). Large "basketball" sized boulders with crystals are eroding from the back of the site where it begins to slope down. It is along this crest of the hill, as it slopes downward, the most abundant archaeological material can be found. Almost every color of chalcedony found on the ridge is present, ranging from light blue to white, jet black to amber-caramel, with even some gold. The classic light blue chalcedony is the most abundant. Possibility for gas well to hook up to home. No deed restrictions.
